Single Down Quilt

Kiwi Ultralight quilts are made in New Zealand and filled with high-quality, ethically sourced goose down. The quilt has an optional footbox, which can be closed using snaps and a zip, plus a neck drawstring and pad strap attachments so the quilt can be cinched down tight on a colder night, or left loose to ventilate in warmer settings.
 
This is a quilt, not a sleeping bag, so it’s open on the underside and designed to be used with a hut mattress or sleeping pad to provide insulation from the ground. This has the advantage of being lighter than a quilt of the same comfort rating (compressed down provides no insulation).
 
Each quilt is sized to order. Kiwi Ultralight quilts come in three comfort ratings as standard: 5⁰C, 0⁰C, -5⁰C.

- 850+ FP goose down
- Box baffle design (not sewn through)
- 20% overstuff
- 10D nylon outer
- Width: 140cm wide at the top and hips, tapers from 140cm to 100cm from knees to feet
- Packed dimensions 30cm long x 20cm diameter (this is still squishy and able to be compressed further within your pack or with a compression sack)
 
Note: Limit temperature rating is calculated based on quilt loft, approx comfort rating will depend on how you sleep and the ground insulation you use.  The comfort rating is based on an "average" sleeper, if you sleep cold then we recommend choosing a warmer quilt to compensate.
 
Comfort Rating = 5C, Limit Rating = -1C
Comfort Rating = 0C, Limit Rating = -6C
Comfort Rating = -5C, Limit Rating = -12C
