We don't have a showroom, and all of our big products are made to order rather than kept in stock.

However, we're happy to answer any questions that might help you make a decision, or point you to one of our stockists where you might see the product in person!

The purpose of Kiwi Ultralight is to bring top-of-the-line ultralight products to the New Zealand tramping community. We design and engineer all our products, then hand-pick globally and ethically sourced materials from the best suppliers. ​ Many of our products are made or customised in-house. When we can’t personally craft our products, we find expert manufacturers who can produce our designs with world-class quality. ​ All Kiwi Ultralight products are designed, tested, hand-checked, and approved before shipping to you.

We are unable to accept returns on custom products. We accept returns at the buyer's expense for brand-new, unused, stock products with all original packaging and tags. For faulty products, we will happily accept a return or repair and meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We accept credit card payment using the online portal, or manual bank transfer.
